1. The Competition
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the top ten (10) participants in the Funded7 Trading Competition (the “Competition”) will be awarded the prizes described below.

2. Binding Agreement
By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. How to Participate
(a) The Competition will run from July 21, 2025 at 00:00 UTC to August 4, 2025 at 23:59 UTC.
(b) Registration remains open until August 3, 2025 at 23:59 UTC.
(c) Upon the Competition start, login credentials and instructions will be sent to each participant via the registered email address.
(d) Only one competition account per participant is permitted. Participants found using multiple accounts will be disqualified and ineligible for any prizes.

4. Winner Selection
4.1 Eligibility is determined based on compliance with all competition rules and Funded7’s platform terms.
4.2 Participants will be ranked based on the highest total profit achieved in their competition account during the event period.
4.3 Competition account rules:
📉 Daily Loss Limit: 5%, recalculated daily after the server rollover (00:00 UTC).

📉 Max Drawdown: 10% from the starting balance.
Any breach of these limits will result in disqualification.
4.4 All prize winners will be required to complete KYC verification before receiving any prizes.
4.5 Winners will be notified by email within 7 days after the end of the Competition.
4.6 If a winner does not respond within two weeks of notification, the prize may be forfeited and reassigned.
4.7 If a monetary prize cannot be claimed for any reason, a Funded7 challenge of equivalent value may be offered as an alternative.
4.8 Each participant can only win one prize.
4.9 Rankings are determined solely by profit percentage achieved in the simulated competition account.
4.10 To qualify, participants must follow Funded7’s designated social media accounts as stated on the official competition landing page.

All prizes are giveaway accounts, subject to Funded7’s terms of use.

6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, participants waive any right to litigation, injunctive relief, or any other legal action in relation to this Competition.

7. General Conditions
7.1 The Competition is conducted in a simulated trading environment. All performance is based on virtual trading and is used solely for competitive ranking purposes.
7.2 Funded7 reserves the right to remove any participant suspected of violating these terms or attempting to manipulate the outcome.
7.3 Funded7 may, at its sole discretion, cancel or reverse any prize issuance made in error.
7.4 Funded7 retains the right to alter, amend, suspend, or terminate the Competition or any part thereof, including extending the end date, without prior notice. Participants will be notified of major changes via email.
7.5 Funded7 will not be liable for any failure to execute the Competition due to unforeseen events, technical failures, or external disruptions.
7.6 If any term is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
7.7 Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations arising from their participation or any prizes received.
7.8 In exceptional circumstances, and solely at the discretion of Funded7, the winner of the raffle may be permitted to receive an alternative prize of equivalent value in lieu of attending the tournament. Such exceptions will only be considered on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be required.
