Refund Rights

Service Activation:
Once payment for a Challenge program is successfully completed, clients will receive access credentials for the platform.

By placing their first trade, clients confirm that Funded7 has delivered the agreed-upon service, and thus forfeit any right to withdraw from the agreement.

1. Delayed Activation:
Clients are expected to begin the Challenge within 30 calendar days from the date login details are issued.

If the Challenge is not activated within this period, access will be suspended.

Clients may request a reactivation by contacting [email protected], which will be reviewed under applicable terms.

2. Refund Conditions

Eligibility Criteria:
Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of enrollment.

Refunds are only granted if no trades have been executed during this period.

Once trading activity has started, all associated fees are final and non-refundable, and no full or partial reimbursements will be considered.

3. Disputes and Chargebacks

Unjustified Claims:

Funded7 reserves the right to immediately terminate services for clients who initiate chargebacks or disputes without valid cause.

Such clients may also be restricted from accessing future services at the sole discretion of the company.

4. How Disputes Are Handled

First Step – Contact Support:

Clients are urged to first reach out to our support team at [email protected] to attempt a resolution.

We commit to reviewing all inquiries and providing a response within 5 business days.

Escalation – Formal Complaint:

If the issue remains unresolved, clients may escalate by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected].

The submission should detail the nature of the issue, include relevant transaction information, and attach any supporting evidence.

Our legal department will evaluate the claim and respond within 10 business days.

Final Stage – Mediation:

Should the issue still not be resolved, both parties agree to participate in mediation.

The mediation will occur in the legal jurisdiction of Funded7’s headquarters, and the decision reached will be considered final and binding.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

This policy, along with any disputes arising from it, will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus or Seychelles.

6. Policy Updates

Funded7 reserves the right to revise this Dispute Resolution and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

All updates will be effective immediately upon being published on our website.

Clients are responsible for reviewing this policy periodically.

By participating in the Challenge program, clients confirm their acceptance of these terms and any future amendments.
