To close the current Payout Window and reset your review history, you must successfully “Complete” (Approve) a payout. If violations are detected, the reset process follows these steps:
Settlement: Profits from violating trades are deducted at the time of request。
Calculation of Eligible Profit: The system calculates your “Total Profit - Voided Amount = Eligible Profit.”
Verification of Requested Amount: Your “Requested Payout Amount” must be less than or equal to your “Eligible Profit” and at least $100.
Approval (Reset): If the requested amount is within the eligible profit and you satisfy all Quality Checks (QC), the payout is approved. This closes the window, and subsequent trades start in a “New Window”。
Rejection (Continuation): If the requested amount exceeds the eligible profit by even a small margin, or if the eligible profit is below $100, the payout will be rejected, and the current “Payout Window” remains open.
Note: If your request is rejected, the review for that window will continue until you successfully complete a payout—either by re-requesting an amount within your eligible profit or by accumulating further legitimate profits.
