Payout reviews cover the “Payout Window””(from the last completed payout to the current request). Actions depend on the severity:
Minor Violations (e.g., late SL, risk limit exceeded): Only the profits from the violating trades will be voided. If the remaining profit is at least $100, the payout can still proceed, and the account will not be struck.
Major Violations (e.g., Prohibited Strategies under Rule 4, and 3+ strikes): Result in payout rejection and immediate account termination (Breach).
