Halloween Raffle

Raffle Period

1. The Raffle runs from 1 October 2026 at 00:00 UTC (09:00 JST) to 31 October 2026 at 23:59 UTC (1 November 2026 at 08:59 JST) (the Raffle Period).
2. The draw takes place by 7 November 2026. Winners are announced on the official Funded7 channels after the draw.

Eligibility

3. The Raffle is open to new clients only: clients whose 1st Funded7 challenge purchase ever is made during the Raffle Period. The 1st purchase enters the client into the Raffle automatically. No registration or additional step is required.
4. Clients who purchased any Funded7 challenge before 1 October 2026 are not eligible.
5. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Residents of the restricted countries listed in the Funded7 Terms and Conditions cannot take part.
6. Funded7 affiliates, partners and introducers, their staff, and Funded7 staff and their immediate families cannot win prizes.

Ticket Allocation

7. Each qualifying purchase earns Raffle tickets based on the account size of the challenge purchased, as set out in the table below.

8. A challenge size not listed in the table is assigned to the level of the nearest listed USD account size.
9. After the 1st purchase, every further challenge purchase by the same client during the Raffle Period also earns tickets. There is no limit on qualifying purchases. Tickets are added to the participant’s total, and the more tickets a participant holds, the higher the chance to win.
10. PAYG challenges earn tickets 1 time per account, on the Phase 1 purchase, at the level shown in the table. Phase 2 and Funded activation payments do not earn additional tickets.

11. A free reset or a reissued challenge is not a purchase and does not earn tickets.

12. Tickets are tied to the name and email address used for the purchase. Tickets are non-transferable and have no cash value.

13. A refunded, cancelled or charged-back purchase removes the related tickets from the draw and voids any prize won with them.

14. Ticket counts are calculated automatically from Funded7 purchase records and may be audited before the draw.

Prizes

1st Prize: $1,000 cash
2nd Prize: Sony PlayStation 5
3rd Prize: $250K Two Phase Challenge
4th to 5th Prize: $100K Two Phase Challenge each
6th to 10th Prize: $50K Two Phase Challenge each
11th to 20th Prize: $15K Two Phase Challenge each

15. 20 prizes are drawn in order, from the 1st Prize to the 20th Prize. Each participant can win only 1 prize. Where a participant is drawn a 2nd time, their ticket is set aside and the draw is repeated.

16. The cash prize is paid through the standard Funded7 payout methods. A winner may take the cash prize in JPY, converted at the exchange rate on the date the prize is issued.

17. The Sony PlayStation 5 is shipped to the winner’s address. If shipping to the winner’s country is not possible, Funded7 may offer an alternative prize of equivalent value.

18. Winners of Challenge prizes may choose the JPY Two Phase Challenge instead of the USD Challenge: ¥35,000,000 in place of $250K, ¥10,000,000 in place of $100K, ¥5,000,000 in place of $50K, and ¥2,000,000 in place of $15K.

19. Challenge prizes follow the standard rules of the Two Phase Challenge. They have no cash alternative, carry no refundable fee, and must be activated within 30 days of issue. Prize accounts count toward the Maximum Allocation limits.

20. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, except as set out in these terms.

Winner Selection and Notification

21. Winners are selected at random from all tickets using a verifiable and fair draw method. The draw is recorded.
22. Winners are contacted via the email address associated with their Funded7 account.
23. Winners must complete identity verification (KYC) before any prize is issued. Winners must respond within 7 days of notification. If a winner does not respond or does not pass verification, a new winner is drawn.
24. Prizes are issued within 14 business days of successful verification.

General Conditions

25. Creating a 2nd profile or email address, or using another person’s details, to take part in the Raffle as a new client is prohibited. Profiles linked by identity, household, IP address, device or payment method are treated as 1 person.
26. Any breach of these terms, or any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Raffle, results in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize. Funded7 may also take action on the linked accounts under the Funded7 Terms and Conditions.
27. Funded7 may, at its sole discretion, cancel or reverse any prize issuance made in error.
28. Funded7 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Raffle at any time, with or without prior notice. Participants will be notified of major changes via email.
29. Winners agree that Funded7 may publish their nickname or initials, country and prize.
30. Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes in their country of residence.
31. The Funded7 Terms and Conditions and Dispute Resolution Policy apply to the Raffle and prevail in case of conflict. The English version of these terms prevails over any translation.
